There is so much more to reflexology than just a relaxing foot massage. Reflexology works on the physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels of the body. During sessions I working holistically, I treat the body as a whole, not just looking at the symptom presented but focusing also on the root source of imbalance. I assess the unique physical and emotional state during each session.
Specific reflex points which are located on the feet, hands and face correspond to organs, glands and systems in the body and when treated allow your body’s natural ability to self heal. Practiced on a regular basis , reflexology can lead to true regeneration of the body, you will feel better and have increased wellness.

Your feet show where you hold your stress and can also show where your emotional pain is stored in your body. As your body, mind, heart and spirit are all interconnected, reflexology can help clients release suppressed emotions through relaxation and working specific areas in the feet.
Todays lifestyle is so hectic we are on our feet all day and often aren’t getting the rest we need. When you are able to relax during a reflexology session, you are able to relax your body, calm your mind and often resolve problems with a clear mindset.
Having a reflexology treatment also brings your awareness into your body, allowing the interconnection of mind and body.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON YOUR REFLEXOLOGY SESSION
At your first consultation a Health Questionnaire is completed to assess your health concerns and a program will be tailored to meet your individual needs and how best to help you return to great health and vitality.
For feet reflexology you will be asked to remove all footwear so you feet can be examined. You will then be guided to the massage table where you will lie clothed on the table whilst reflexology is given.
You will feel like you’re walking on air afterwards!
At the end of the session we will chat about we can improve your health goals going forward.
Often a deep healing occurs so we suggest timing your session when you can go home afterwards and spend further time relaxing to really allow the treatment to integrate.
HOW LONG IS A REFLEXOLOGY TREATMENT?
Sessions are 1hour or 1 1/2 hours. This time includes a relaxing foot bath, and upon request can include
Mindfulness and meditation relaxation
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED TO ATTEND?
It is not realistic to expect that problems that have been present and developing over many years can be solved with one treatment. Everyone is individual and some people respond to reflexology more quickly than others. If you have a health condition that is needing addressing most people notice a difference after 4-6 sessions.
