Little did I know that this small book “The Miracle Morning” could have such a positive impact on my life. If you are looking at improving your life The Miracle Morning is a game changer! For the last three weeks I have been implementing the strategies writer Hal Elrod advocates. Amazingly I have found during this time I have more energy, not only in the mornings but throughout the day. I am also sleeping better and am so much more productive throughout the day. The biggest change and satisfaction for me however is the time for my personal development. I now have time for meditation, reading and writing before my morning walk. All of this before my house has risen for the day!

The Life S.A.V.E.R.S are six practices to help reach your full potential. These are personal development practices with the aim of helping you to find the forces within you that will help you change and transform your life.
Silence: Silence time can be spent meditating, time spent in prayer or deep thought or acknowledging all that your grateful for.
Affirmations: Affirmations are an effective tool for quickly becoming the person you need to be to achieve everything you want in your life. Actively design your affirmations to be in alignment with:
·What you are wanting to accomplish?
·Why you want this?
·Who do you have to be in order to make this happen?
·What are you going to commit too to make this happen?
Repeat them daily and tap into your emotions whilst reading them.
Visualisation: Visualisation is the process of imagining exactly what you want to achieve or attain, and then mentally rehearsing what you’ll need to do to achieve or attain it. Using visualisation will program your subconscious mind for success.
Exercise: Morning exercise should be a staple in your daily ritual. Exercising in the morning boosts your energy levels, enables you to think better and concentrate longer for the day ahead.
Reading: It is highly recommended to read personal development books. You should aim to read at least 10 pages, but you can set yourself a goal and stick to it. Re- reading past books is recommended as achieving mastery requires repetition.
Scribing: Scribing or writing is the final practice. 5-10 minutes of journaling enables you to document your insights, ideas, breakthroughs, realisations, successes and lessons learned, as well as personal growth.
I have spent the past three weeks doing one or more of these things each morning and the result has been profound. I encourage you to give it a go. What do you have to lose? Try it for a week you will be surprised at the positive change in energy and mindset.
